Beautiful June Wedding at St Marks Great Wyrley + The Moat House
So Today is Thursday and yes I have a wedding, and guess what? – I absolutely love a midweek wedding – everyone involved seems so much more relaxed as it was for Jordan and Chris at a church that means so much to me personally – St Marks at Great Wyrley. Chris and the guys were first on the scene looking extremely smart in their suits from Peter Posh – Tettenhall. Our bridesmaids, Fran and Ella soon followed with Tanya the Bride’s mom, transported by Aarons Cars. Paul from Aarons then went off to collect our bride Jordan who looked every inch the “magazine” bride in her gown from KissXX Lichfield, and her proud father Tony. Tony escorted Jordan along the pathway leading to the church, to meet her beau, Chris at the altar. Both families were members of the church congregation so no trouble today with hymn singing and responses!
Soon after the ceremony the newly married couple, Mr and Mrs Leach made their way back up the aisle, Jordan holding tightly onto Chris with one hand and her beautiful bouquet from Vintage Fascinations – Designs by Rebecca Markham in the other.
Family photographs at church preceded an avalanche of confetti before the happy couple enjoyed their ride in the vintage car from Aarons onto The Moat House for their reception.
Once at the Moat House Jordan and Chris joined me to take full advantage of the fabulous grounds for their personal wedding day portraits. They then joined me in the beautiful Acton Suite for further photos featuring the venue styling of Design Elegance.
A full group shot on the canal side completed the daytime coverage for today’s couple.
An evening return for cake cutting, a fabulous creation from Amerton Cakes. First dance and some early evening photos completed our coverage for today’s lovely couple.
