Helen + Simon | Berry Head Hotel Brixham Wedding Photographers
The first time I met Helen was at a bridal fayre at The Moat House Acton Trussell Stafford. Straight away I could see she had a lovely personality and would be great to work with on her wedding day. As we started to discuss her plans we found we had a mutual love for her chosen wedding destination – Brixham in Devon. Wedding plans took a back seat as Helen & myself exchanged memories of this beautiful part of the world and were astonished to discover that we had both at separate times taken holidays at the same complex. The bond was complete and so the wedding was booked. I happened to be in Brixham a couple of months before the wedding date so arranged to meet Helen and simon for a pre wedding photo shoot which they said they found invaluable. Soon after it was time for the wedding weekend. I arrived the day before and settled into a fabulous guest house overlooking the town and then used the rest of the day to photograph the area, the location and of course the harbour – an added bonus for anyone taking us away on location.
The day itself started with photos of Helen at the hotel overlooking the gorgeous Torbay before moving on to the church.
After the ceremony I hitched a ride with them in the Camper van for some shots beside the sea. It was then back to the hotel for a seaside themed reception. The extra special ending to this tale……….Helen and Simon have now made Devon their permanent home – Lucky people.
