Great to have Stephen with me today for the wedding of Shelby & Stephen at St Marks Great Wyrley, without doubt one of our favourite churches in the region and then on to the ever popular Oak Farm hotel, which I have to say looks really good following the recent makeover.
Our day started with Shelby and the girls as they enjoyed being pampered by the hairstylist and make up artist. Then it was on to the church where first on the scene were Stephen & his best man Liam who had travelled up from Devon for the day, both of them looking extremely smart in their suits from Kevin Paul.
The bridesmaids were next to arrive in a “stretch” from DSC Limousines with Shelby and her Dad Mark following close behind in a vintage Austin Princess from Platinum Wedding Cars. All of the girls carried floral creations provided by Chase Florist.
Shelby dressed in a full gown from Celebrity of Cannock was escorted by her Dad to the altar to join Stephen for the ceremony, made all that more meaningful as Stephens family are dedicated members of the congregation at St Marks.
After the ceremony and a few family group shots in the church grounds it was off to Oak Farm for the couples celebrations. The Paddock suite looked lovely today dressed by Venue Creations with balloons from Carabou, who also provided the balloons for a “release” at the end of today’s photography. Sticky Fingers provided the guests with delicious ice cream in the warm sunshine while the couple joined myself and Stephen for their personal portraits.
An evening return for cake cutting (Kathryns Homemade Cakes) and first dance completed our coverage for this well suited couple.
