Weston Hall, Stafford | Janine + Nigel

A lot of planning goes into a wedding including a meticulous timetable of events of when everything should happen but that does not normally include when it should rain!  Our coverage of the day’s events was due to end at 3pm then recommence at 8pm – guess what? – it rained solidly between those two times…..someone was blessed.

The setting for today’s wedding was the fabulous Weston Hall at Stafford.  This venue is completely unrecognisable from how it was under previous owners just a few years ago, what a transformation, top class!! an absolute pleasure to work here.

First up for their photos were Nige, his ushers and his best man, who just happened to be his 9 year old son Archie, all suitably attired in outfits from Dapper Dan.  Janine, her dad and the bridesmaids soon followed in a “stretch” from Finishing Touch Cars, they all carried flower creations from P & J Newtons, who provided all of the floral decorations for the day.

There were some beautiful expressions to capture during the ceremony, particularly when Nige and then Janine slightly fluffed their lines……….priceless.

Family photos followed the ceremony and then while the guests enjoyed each others company the bride and groom had their personal photos taken.

an evening return accompanied by Stuart James completed todays coverage with first dance, “cutting of the cake” – supplied by Anitas Cakes and some unforgettable outdoor night time images with the floodlit venue as a background.
