Sandon Hall | Rachel + Steve

Today was our first of three July weddings at Sandon Hall – and what a beautiful day greeted us, wall to wall sunshine, gardens looking at their absolute best – a completely relaxed bride & groom in Rach and Steve and ice cream as well – who could ask for more.

We always look forward to a wedding at Sandon Hall, fabulous building, gorgeous grounds all giving us wonderful photo opportunities. The month of July is extra special for us this year, 3 weddings on consecutive Saturdays and 3 brides all sharing the same name – Rachel!!

I was accompanied on today’s wedding by Stephen who always adds to the coverage with his candid approach. Our day started with Rach and her final preparations before she joined Steve for their ceremony in the library, which looked particularly lovely today dressed by Dress My Roomwith flowers from Walkers of Stoke on Trent.

The guests were entertained by Finesse Piano and Cello as they awaited the ceremony – they continued to play throughout the day.

Rach & Steve looked the perfect couple as they exchanged their vows, Rach in her dress from Fairytales and Steve in a suit from Next.

After the ceremony the couple joined their family and friends for photos in the grounds – a vote of thanks to today’s toastmaster – Christian Caroe for his assistance in organising the group photos. Following personal photos in and around the Hall the couple joined us in the saloon for pre dinner photos which included the fabulous cake created by Carole Gregory.

Our coverage today ended with photos of the amusing speeches, which were presented today before the meal was served.
