Hayley + Matthew’s Wedding Story at Brownhills Methodist captured by Fairlawns Wedding Photographers Barry James
Today’s wedding at Brownhills Methodist Church was one of those occasions when you really know how time flies, our groom Matthew and his brother Chris were educated at Shire Oak at the same time as my two sons Stuart & Stephen. All are now grown men pursuing their way in the world.
Matthew and his groomsmen were first in front of the lens suited and booted to perfection by Duncan James Menswear. The bridesmaids quickly followed transported in a Daimler limousine from Finishing Touch.
Our bride, Hayley arrived soon after in a fabulous modern Rolls Royce, again from Finishing Touch. As she alighted, her dress chosen from Lucy Alexander, who incidentally also provided the bridesmaid’s dresses, turned her into a Princess for the day, it was absolutely stunning. Hayley then joined Matthew at the altar where they were to become “Mr & Mrs”.
After a very lively and joyous ceremony, the couple joined their family and friends for those all important group photos at church, a church where Matthew’s Mom & Dad also got wed.
It was then on to the reception venue, the fabulous Fairlawns Hotel & Spa where as their guests enjoyed reception drinks Hayley & Matthew joined me in the lovely grounds for their personal portraits.
A selection of photos in the garden suite with the fabulous cake from Carole Gregory and table centres from William Wheat completed my coverage for this well-suited couple.
