I first met Helen at a Bridal Fayre in Staffordshire and when she told me that she was to marry in Brixham, I was able to tell her about the many happy years I spent on holiday there.
It turned out that for many of these holidays I stayed at the same holiday centre as Helen and her family, Landscove, and believe it or not I later found out from her that this fact was very influential to her when deciding to ask me to photograph her wedding..!!
I am amazed at the amount of “firsts”that still keep coming my way after so many enjoyable years in the world of wedding photography.

Today was our 3rd visit to the wonderful Sandon Hall in as many weeks and our 3rd where the brides shared a Christian name..Rachel. Not quite strictly another “first” for me, because I have worked at Moxhull Hall in the past, but today was my first wedding since the current owners have had the venue, and what an absolutely delightful environment they have created,no wonder Pat and Nigel chose it.
I hope to return many times…it is simply perfect

Regular visitors to our blog will have seen that we have had many “firsts” recently,today’s wedding was a double first for me,
first visit to this glorious venue Clearwel Castle and my very first wedding joining two ladies in marriage,and what a thoroughly enjoyable experience it was for me
