The Moat House | Gill + Gary
It was back to the wonderful Moat House for our first wedding of the year, a Moat House winter wedding meticulously planned by Gill and her daughters. Apparently the first Gary knew of it was at the planning meeting with the registrars!
The Moat House still held on to the seasonal decorations at Gill’s request and the Acton Suite with chair covers by Design Elegance looked marvellous for the occasion. Gill in a stunning gown from Aisle of Brides Stoke entered the room heralded by music from the brilliant Finesse to join Gary to exchange their vows. The registrars kindly allowed us to photograph the ceremony from the front, so Stephen was able to capture all the expressions as the event unfolded, with myself working from the back.
A full set of images followed around the Moat thanks to kind weather, before returning to the Acton Suite for the wedding breakfast highlighted by a feature cake from Amerton depicting Gary’s profession involving classic cars. An evening return for first dance completed our coverage for Gill and Gary.
